Hi, I’m Sarah! I have spent my entire life dreaming up ways to be inspired creatively, being the coined “activities facilitator” (AKA micromanager) and finding ways to be in a challenging and innovative spaces.
I first fell in love with design and production when I was just a pre-teen. I can still remember the thrill of rearranging my bedroom furniture, thinking it was the most exciting thing ever! From repainting the walls to covering them with pages from my favorite magazines, Dave Matthews Band posters, and those iconic "forever 27" posters, I was always switching things up. The joy it brought me was unmatched—until I discovered event design. That's when my passion truly took off!
I pursued my passion for design by studying interior design while working in the restaurant and hospitality industry throughout my twenties. During that time, fate brought me together with the love of my life. When he proposed, I found myself experiencing the same rush of excitement I used to feel while redecorating my childhood bedroom. But this time, the canvas was our backyard wedding! For an entire year, I was completely immersed in every detail, making sure it was nothing short of perfect. It was the most exhilarating project I had ever undertaken. After we got married, I took the leap and launched my own business—and here we are, seven amazing years later!
Here’s the truth:
I don't sugarcoat anything and have a no b.s. way of life, and I love offering a planning + design process that reflects my personality. I’m incredibly grateful to be able to do work I absolutely love (and work with couple’s that I adore) every. single. day.
We’re all about getting to know our couples on a deeper level so that we can create a wedding that truly reflects who they are by threading their personalities through every element of the wedding. Whether it's a print that reminds you of grandma's kitchen that we include on the table, or a symbol that is sentimental, these gestures are what we strive for. We love learning about your personalities, quirks, and love story because it helps us design something that’s not just beautiful but uniquely you. Your wedding should feel like an extension of your relationship, and we’re here to make sure that every detail speaks to who you are as a couple. Our goal is to create a day that’s as special and one-of-a-kind as your love story!
